Trakora UG takes data protection matters very seriously and wants to ensure that your privacy is protected when using Trakora UG's services. We therefore collect, process and use your personal data only with your consent or when a legal provision permits this. In the following, we explain what personal data we collect, store and use and for what collection, storage and use you declare your consent.
1. Responsible Entity
The responsible entity within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is Trakora UG. The complete contact details can be found in our legal notice.
2. No Data Protection Officer
According to Art. 37 GDPR / § 38 BDSG, there is no obligation for us to appoint a data protection officer.
3. Hosting & Content Delivery Network
Hosting: netcup GmbH, Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe (Germany). A data processing agreement according to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded.
CDN & DDoS Protection: Cloudflare Inc., USA/EU. Cloudflare sets technically necessary cookies and processes traffic data (IP address, user agent) to protect the website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR – legitimate interest in secure, fast delivery).
No personal server log files are created on our website; only anonymized, aggregated metrics may be retained for up to 14 days.
4. Cookies
We use cookies.
Technically necessary cookies (e.g., from Cloudflare) are set based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Analysis cookies (Google Analytics) are only stored after your explicit consent via our cookie banner (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the banner.

5. Google Analytics (GA4)
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) from Google Ireland Ltd. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).
IP anonymization: We have activated anonymize_ip = true, i.e., your IP address is shortened within the EU before it is stored or transferred to the USA.
Third-country transfer: Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Additionally, we base the transfer on standard contractual clauses according to Art. 46 GDPR.
Storage duration: Event and advertising data are deleted after 14 months.
Opt-out: Refuse consent in the cookie banner or install the browser add-on (gaoptout) to prevent data collection.
6. Contact Form
When you contact us via form, we process your information (name, email, message) to handle your inquiry (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). The data is deleted after final processing, but no later than after 6 months.
7. Google Fonts
Our site remotely integrates fonts from Google Fonts. Your IP address is thereby transmitted to Google. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (aesthetic presentation). You can prevent this by disabling JavaScript in your browser; however, this may cause display errors.
8. Social Media Links
Our website contains simple links to our profiles on LinkedIn and Xing. Data is only transmitted to the respective platform after clicking on a link.
